Human Body Facts
The human body is composed of 206 bones. The human brain has about 100 billion nerve cells. The stomach has to produce a new layer of mucus every two weeks or it would digest itself. Also it is completely impossible to sneeze with your eyes open, and when you sneeze all your body functions including your heart stops. Lastly, the strongest muscle in the human body is the tongue.

Keeping The Human Body Healthy
In order to keep the human body healthy you not only have to exercise, but maintain a nutrition diet, and stay away from refined grains like white bread and white rice. Eat fruits and vegetables which contain vitamins, calcium and iron, but be careful not to eat more than recommended because fruits contain fructose which too much of it can cause fat buildup. When it comes to exercise make sure you stretch and warm up before doing any exercise. Also, try not to do the same exercise all the time, because when your body gets used to the routine the effectiveness decreases. Lastly, make you get plenty sleep at a minimum eight hours a night.

The Digestive System
The digestive system purpose is to break down the food. This system is made up of the digestive tract which is a series hollow organs which are joined in a long twisting tube from the mouth to the anus, and a few other organs that help break down the food and digest it. The digestive system is composed of ; the mouth, stomach, esophagus, small intestine, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, colon, rectum, and the anus.

The digestive system can work with the circulatory system because it helps get the harvested nutrients to the other parts of the body. Some of the disorders can be inherited or developed, and abusing alcohol is one of the greatest risks for digestive disorders. About 60 to 70 million persons are affected by digestive disorders. Some of the diseases you can get are ; crohn's disease, diarrhea, indigestion, and stomach cancer just too name a few.

The Respiratory System
The human respiratory system is composed of the nasal passage, the larynx, pharynx, trachea, bronchi, and the lungs. It is the key to survival for human living beings.
